Refund Policy

How refunds work

All payments for ReadingStride are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Because Paddle handles all billing, refund requests are processed through Paddle as well.

Refund window

If you're not satisfied with ReadingStride, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment. No questions asked.

After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email address. We'll process your refund through Paddle, and it will typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you'd like a refund in addition to cancelling, please contact us.
