By accessing or using ReadingStride ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ReadingStride cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

ReadingStride offers a paid subscription plan. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All stories, audio narrations, cover art, and other content provided through ReadingStride are owned by ReadingStride and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Your reading progress, vocabulary data, and other personal data remain yours. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access another user's account, scraping or bulk-downloading content, interfering with the Service's infrastructure, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

ReadingStride is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadingStride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
